Forthress Philippines Corporation ventured partnership with its China counterpart into fabrication of precast lightweight concrete panel to supply the ever-growing construction industry in the Philippines.
The company has been in the business for three and a half years under the name Thermozone Philippines Corporation as its marketing arm and has developed a state of art technology – Forthress Lightweight Wall Partition.
Forthress Philippines Corporation was formally registered in Securities and Exchange Commission, the same year Biñan plant started its full operation which manufactures the latest innovation in lightweight precast concrete panel partition with annual production capacity of 250,000 sqm. It is currently being used in construction industry by several reputable developers throughout the Philippines.
Under the name of Thermozone Philippines Corporation the company was able to penetrate the construction field and cave one of the leading suppliers and subcontractor of the S&I of lightweight precast concrete panel specifically projects under Ayala/MDC.
To cater the increased needs of construction industry and save logistic cost of our client, second manufacturing factory which can manufacture 250,000 sqm. annually was constructed in Cebu Island to supply clients and projects located in Visayas and Mindanao area.

Forthress Philippines Corporation obtain approval and certificates from Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) - Accreditation of Innovative Technologies for Housing (AITECH) for the use of Forthress Lightweight Precast Panels for socialize housing. Expansion of SMDC socialize housing projects through the use of Forthress Lightweight Precast Panels on their provincial sites.
Expand the Forthress Lightweight Precast Panels for the use in several residential and condominium 4PH projects distributed all over the country in achieving more than 6.5 million houses backlog.
Forthress Lightweight Precast Concrete Panel® has been tested to withstand fire within 4 hours at 1000⁰C. And during the burning process, it will not emit any harmful gas
