Project In-Charge directs, manages and leads the assigned scope of works of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
Responsible for the successful development, implementation, and coordination of project QA/QC plans and documents, as well as conducting on-site/jobsite training, coaching, and auditing of jobsite QA/QC activities. This work is conducted under the general oversight of Project Manager/ Project in Charge
The Precast installer works with a team to perform tasks involved in the installation of precast concrete. This includes wall panels. Position requires travel to and from job sites where long hours are involved. Overnight stays are occasionally involved depending on the location and requirements.
