FORTHRESS Lightweight Precast Concrete Panel can be differentiated from other precast systems due to its lightweight composition. At 20% only as compared to the traditional CHB weight, our precast panels can be hauled by 2 persons (80kg per panel). Walls can be joined together at an absolutely fast speed, at the rate of 30 sqm to 40sqm per 3 workers. The jobsite is practically clean with very minimal wet works. No plastering is required and with the tongue and groove design, walls can be aligned properly. The best part is that these panels can be customized and cut to whatever design you want by simply using ordinary diamond blade cutting tools just like what you do on wood.
